If you want to have a break from New Bedford my wife Heather and i live up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and would love to have you come up for some fun in the snow as well as some conversation. We live in a large empty nest where we raised our eight children and have lived for over 50 years. If you want to know2 what i do for fun you might go to You Tube and search for Gunnar Baldwin or Thornton Gore Luge. You will find some videos!
hello again Gunnar, and thank you for subscribing and also for that kind invitation to NH. It will have to be another time, as I'm heading home tomorrow.
I am glad to know that you are New England! I doubt you remember me but we shared the stage at a Japan Society of New York City event sponsored by TOTO many years ago.
Your book The Big Necessity inspired a lot of my work pioneering Low Flow Toilets in the U.S.!This eventually persuaded TOTO to come to the U.S.and I was their first employee here.
Lovely stuff, as always. The gannet thing is quite extraordinary.
Simply wonderful rambling - thank you, Rose!
